4-11-12 Aggricultural Revolution
The revolution in agriculture quickly pushed into a revolution in industry. It turned from an agricultural society, to an industrial society. Factories were expanded. Industry has improved the factories by mass producing items faster. Now that that happened, people no longer needed to make things by hand. Now, one person could control one part of the factory. Apprentinceship was stopped, and training time was cut in half. The pay was no longer based on quanity, but instead was payed by the hour. Before that, men worked the most, but with the factories, women and children started to work. They did this so they could pay less because kids expect less than men.
