They are seeking the death penalty over the premise that the captain killed the people on the ferry. I disagree with them seeking the death penalty because he did what any human would've done. I don't believe in the death penalty because I don't feel taht people should be able to make the decision regarding people's death. It shouldn't be up to anyone.

Ability to handle and deal with a crisis	B	Millard Fillmore had to enter office after the death of his predecessor. He took his office with very little preparation, and I feel he did admirabley. He managed to pass many bills easily that were thought to be controversial.
Ability to work with Congress and Cabinet	C+	There was much dispute between the pro slavery groups, and the anti slavery groups. Stuck in a constant battle, he managed to get bills passed, but not without much arguing.
Character and Integrity	B	Millard Fillmore was a practical man who got along with many different backgrounds. He was also known to be practical and to never mince his words.
Education	B	Millard Fillmore was also interested in educating himself in his early life. He got and read many books, in order to make himself wiser, from an early age.
Empathy	C-	He was only for one side of the Civil War, so naturally, you can imagine he didn't get along with some people. It was hard for him to empathize with sides he didn't agree on.
Foreign Policy	B	Millard Fillmore was the first to open public trade with Japan, which was once condisered an isolated country.
Relates to the common man	C	Millard FIllmore was a pro union man, so that means, he was at least supported by half of the population during the Civil War.
Persuasiveness	B+	He effectively managed to get Japan to agre to trades, and he managed to pass an extensive list of bills that no one expected to pass.
Political Experience	B+	He was the VP for his preceeding president, and taht experience led to him to attempt to become a decent President. That prior knowledge was undoubtedely helpful.
Public speaking & Communication	B	I feel that he effectively managed to get his point acrossed, to people that didn't neccessarily see eye to eye with him

1. No, the hacking of the 3rd party snapchat app did not surprise me.
2. Privacy is always at risk when you send things electronically. I think the events that have occurred over the past month have proved this.

I believe that the women should have the right to take her own life, because it is her life to decide what happens the her. Suicide is when you take your own life,and euthenaisa is when someone assists you in suicide.I would feel like I couln't controll my own life.

3. I feel that in order to fix this, jobs that have a smaller salary, should raise there salaries, so that women are less dependent on tips.

Click-Bait articles try to draw you away from Facebook itself, and draw your attention to the baited sites. I would like it if these sites were taken off and restore Facebook to social media, instead of the marketing ploy many websites use it as now.

1. No, I do not believe that he should have been penalized because I feel it violates his 1st amendment, of being able to freely broadcast his religion. Also, Tim Tebow was not facing punishment when he showed signs of Christianity, and this is basically the same thing.
2. It goes against his first amendment.
3. I would give the players a more in depth description of what is acceptable, when regarding religion on the NFL.

This article explains the story of a court case that resulted in the death penalty for one Texas native. Many people say this goes against his right to due process, because he wasn't allowed to determine if it was Constitutional or not, and also his 8th ammendment rights, and that it was cruel and unusual punishment.

They are protesting for a less restrictive government. They want a more democratic government. One thing they are missing is the first ammendment, because they are not free, and that is something we take for granted.

The low percentages of bachelors degrees in West Virginia indicate to me that no one in West Virginia feels that they need a bachelors to thrive in the econmy. I feel that West Virginia's education system as a whole is flawed, because we aren't typically expected to perform well academically. To increase graduation rates, I feel there needs to be a greater sense of urgency  for the people of WV to feel that they need a bachelors degree.

The president was attempting to persuade other people to help the US. I believe he was effective in the fact that he's trying to get help.

According the Terrorism Research and Analysis Consortium, ISIS has began putting governing structures in place to rule the territories after the battle is over. ISIS has went from a purely military force, to building a system that can provide basic services. Of the things that they do, the make sure that gas and food are available to their citizens. The two deputies, watch over Syria and Iraq.

1. A reasonable punishment cannot be determined, because there is insufficient evidence to determine if a severe amount of child abuse was caused.
2. Over the years, people have become less tolerable to child abuse. People, in my opinion, have become softer towards discipline.

1. Fake towers offer people the ability to hack into people's information and steal whatever they may have. Identity theft could be a serious threat.
2. They could have put them by military bases to cover up the fake towers.
3. Due to the fact that the towers are near military bases, one could argue that they are government based and operated.

India will go under a higher alert as a result of the terrorist threats. They are targeting India to combat the rise of the Muslim religion. The US should wait and determine if intervention should be made.

1. The blame is on whoever signed the girl up for the shooting lessons. A nine year old shouldn't have control over a high powered weapon.
2. 9 year olds should only be allowed to use very small firearms under extreme supervision.
3. Automatic weapons should only be distributed to people who can handle the, dutifully and responsibly.

Article 1- This article defines the Legislative Branch, and all its powers.
Article 2- This article defines the Executive Branch, its powers, duties, and means of removal.
Article 3- This article defines the Judicial Branch, and defines treason.
Article 4- This article regulates the state's power and their interaction with the government.
Article 5- This article sets up the amendment process.
Article 6- This article sets the status of the Constitution as the supreme law of the land, to which leaders must be loyal.
Article 7- This article addresses ratification and declares that the constitution should take affect if 9 out of 13 states ratify.

Recently, four men have invented a new defense against date rape drugs. They developed a fingernail polish that reacts to date rape drugs. When women stir their drinks with their fingers, the fingernail polish will change colors if the drink contains these drugs. I think it is a good idea because it is the only active defense against date rape drugs. Hopefully, it can help prevent many cases of sexual assault.
